Ok – my current hosts bill me once a year for my domain renewals. This is done automatically as they were registered through their companies.

Explain the question, I do not understand what you mean.

There is a 0.04 second difference in the access time to a web site between Hosting a site in SA or in the US.
This difference is so tiny that it makes no sense to pay more for that.

The only time it makes a difference is if you are going to be running a gaming server or a voice over ip service.
Like I said 94% of my customers are in the US and all their websites are targeted to SA.

Hello,

I have 9 servers in the USA, 3 servers in India, 1 Server in the UK and 2 Servers in SA.
94% of my customers are on my US servers as they are the most reliable and the most affordable.

By comparison, you would pay over R1000 per month for the same hosting packages on my SA servers.
The problem with servers in SA is the high cost of bandwidth, resulting in only big corporate's being able to afford it.
For a reseller it is not cost effective to host in SA as you could run into trouble with bandwidth overage
costs if one or 2 of your customers sites become busy/popular and start using large amounts of bandwidth.

As for your pricing, existing customers prices never go up for at least 3 years, they also never come down.
From time to time we do however increase disc space or bandwidth and that usually applies to all existing customer packages.

The lockin discount if a once off special offer for Christmas and does not affect our regular pricing model.
You will still qualify for extra disk space or bandwidth if it is offered.

I always try to assist as quickly as possible, with over 3000 customers on my books I sometimes only answer emails after an hour or 2.
But I do have a ticketing system for urgent support if a site goes down due to a server error.

Give me a link to a few of your websites to look at.
I want to see the coding of the sites.

Usually if a site is published with frontpage then it is better to use windows hosting.
If your site are normal html/php sites then the linux hosting is better.
Our linux hosting does also support frontpage publishing to a limited extent.
Frontpage on our linux servers might be discontinued sometime in the future as it is not a very reliable way of doing websites.

Sorry about the misunderstanding, when you enquired about moving cpanels across I thought you meant cPanel as in linux hosting.
WHM is part of the reseller login and management for linux hosting.

Please clear up that you are looking for windows reseller hosting? As the windows reseller hosting is a bit more expensive than the linux hosting.

Our windows hosting packages come with just about the same features as the linux ones.

You can setup as many databases as you like as long as you have enough disk space left.
No extra charges for the amount of dbases you use.
The basic package has 50Gigs so plenty to use.
If you do run out of disk space then you can always buy extra space.
Most websites and dbases use very little space so that would not be a concern for a while.

There are also many instant installable scripts available in the windows control panel very similar to the linux cPanel
Wordpress, joomla, dotnet nuke, phpbb, smf, siteframe, postnuke, oscommerce and many other

Just like with the linux reseller you will be able to give your customers their own control panels for their domains.
